Bar Boulud features artisanally made French charcuterie, with recipes from award winning Parisian charcutier Gilles Verot, a third generation charcutier with boutiques in Paris. Practicing his art since the age of 17, Gilles Verot has been named "Champion de France du Fromage de Tête" and received the prestigious Guide Pudlowsky's " "Charcutier de l'Année". Resident Chef Charcutier Vivien Lallement oversees the ambitious charcuterie program daily at Bar Boulud, creating the traditional PÂTÉ GRAND-MÉRE and PÂTÉ GRAND-PÉRE, as well as seasonal specialties like POULET AUX POIVRONS and CANARD AUX FIGUES.
