Escape the hustle and bustle of NYC and join Abhaya Yoga for a socially distanced sunset yoga class that integrates postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition.
Classes run on Tuesdays, May 4-October 26, 6:00pm-7:00pm at the Pier 3 Lawn.
Advanced registration is required.
Registration opens every Tuesday at 10:00am for fitness classes the following week.
